ALL OUR OUTFITS ARE FOR SALE ONLY. NONE ARE FOR HIRE, OR AVAILABLE FOR RETURN HAVING BEEN WORN FOR A PROLONGED PERIOD OR OUTSIDE THE HOME.
Every outfit is carefully checked for defects prior to listing. All known faults are described & all the measurements given for each outfit.
Prior to ordering, PLEASE CHECK THE JACQUES VERT SIZE GUIDE and ADD 2 INS TO YOUR OWN MEASUREMENTS FOR COMFORTABLE DRESS SIZE.
We do not pay return costs if the item does not fit.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 GIVES YOU THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE ENTIRE PURCHASE WITHIN 14 DAYS of DELIVERY. Please notify us of your cancellation as soon as possible by email to sandra@prelovedjacquesvert.co.uk. You do not need to provide a reason.
If you require a different size or an alternative outfit, please contact us prior to returning your purchase, because exchanges are subject to availability.
You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the outfit while it is in your possession.
TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND please ensure that the outfit is returned in good time to reach us within 30 DAYS of DELIVERY to you and in a re-saleable condition.
Defined as “ The outfit HAS BEEN TRIED ON ONLY, the “ DO NOT REMOVE “ labels have remained attached and that you are not smoking tobacco or wearing perfume or makeup when you try the outfit on for size. “

In the interest of other purchasers, the cost of dry cleaning the outfit will be deducted from the refund if the outfit is not returned in re-saleable condition. An explanation of any deduction for loss of value will be notified to you. If, in my expert opinion, the returned outfit has not simply been tried on but is showing signs of have been worn for a prolonged period, No refund will be provided the outfit will be returned to you.
Unless the outfit is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage. IF LOST IN TRANSIT it is the delivery service that pays you compensation not me. Please ensure that you INSURE the OUTFIT FOR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU. Please re-use the box the outfit was delivered in but DO NOT WRITE ON THE BOX.
Every outfit is carefully checked for defects prior to despatch when DO NOT REMOVE” tags are securely attached to each item. These tags are an anti fraud measure and must remain attached to each part of the outfit until you have decided not to cancel the purchase. No refund will be given if any of the tags are removed or if the outfit arrives with signs of having been worn for a prolonged period or is damaged. The outfit will be returned to you.
These Terms & Conditions have been carefully checked against your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or any other applicable consumer protection legislation, which remain paramount at all times.
